On July 1, the Alexis Nakoda Sioux Nation hosted the Nakoda Strong Music Festival. The Nation was celebrating the strength of the Nakoda people instead of Canada Day.
Performers included Crystal Potts, Stephanie Harpe, CEO and Gutter Music, and Charlie Major.
Approximately 500 people took in the event.
