Job duties Main duties of the job would be: §  providing prompt fulfillment of orders, §  resolving any complaints about food preparation or quality, §  overseeing kitchen staff preparing orders according to bill flow, §  preparing ingredients, garnishes, sauces, etc., §  processes raw goods, ensures proper storage and handling of food, §  ensures superior service and presentation of food for our guests, §  estimating food requirements and food and labour costs, §  arrange for equipment purchases/repairs §  supervising line cooks and other kitchen staff §  may recruit and hire kitchen staff when required §  Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards §  Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs §  May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.  
  • Terms of employment - permanent position – Full-time
  • Wage Starting at $17.00 /hour for 40-44 hours per week
  • Weekends, mornings and daytime hours, some overtime
